Submit Your Warranty Request
To submit a warranty request, simply fill in your product details as well as a description detailing the fault of your warranty request.
PLEASE NOTE: a complete and accurate address must be provided. If you provide an incomplete address your RMA cannot be processed.
We cannot return items if you fail to provide a full address. Joyoung will use your address for the sole purpose of returning goods.
A courier service is used to return goods. Please provide addresses which will have someone available to sign for goods, during appropriate business hours. A PO BOX is only acceptable for remote country locations where courier services do not cover.
Check your product is within the warranty period, starting from your invoice date. Joyoung assumes no responsibility for items incorrectly returned to us and to get such items back you must pay for the freight costs.
